A Day as a Model.

I was invited by Manda (alongside Brian and Paige) for a photoshooting last Sunday for her company's latest property project, Damansara Avenue. We were told to bring a few sets of clothes like formal, casual, shopping and party clothes to the photoshooting, including accessories and shoes. So I packed 3 bags of clothes, shoes and most importantly my make up box.

We took the whole afternoon and snapped more than 2000 pictures!! We just walked up and down in the studio pretending to be talking or laughing with each other while the photographers caught our actions with their gears. It was tiring though, at first we were very nervous but after a few shots we were more comfortable in front of the cameras. After a few hours shooting, we started to get very tired and couldn't wait to go home!

And if I haven't mention, I was the shortest model there =_= All the girls are around 170cm while I'm only...158cm BUAHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!

Me and Brian, he just got back from the States with Juno for their study break. He said he needed some cash so he came for the photoshoot. Ya right, I think it's more likely he wanted to have his face in the ads and billboards =P

Me and Paige again. Paige is the ultimate barbie girl. Tall, slender, long hair and likes all things girly. She talks like Barbie too! We both happened to work at places where girls usually spend their fortune at: shoes and skincare!

Damansara Avenue is just near by Desa Parkcity, right before the Caltex petrol station. Therefore the billboard and hoarders will be there. So I shall see if my face will be plastered there or not =S

Something to activate your brain on a lazy Friday.

I just saw my friend commented on this person's status, it's just a simple 16 words that formed a single phrase, but I took more than 5 minutes to figure out it's meaning but came to no answer. So to all the smart intelligent people out there, help me to solve this mysterious phrase.

Perhaps I'm too shallow to understand it's meaning, so please, somebody enlighten me.

Boh Liao-ing.

I've been wandering around the office aimlessly for 2 weeks. I'm either overloaded with work until I have no time to go to the toilet, or I'm over free until I can scroll up and down through my Facebook for a zillion time.

But I have a feeling that I will be busy like a preggo bumblebee next week. Every beginning of the month we will have new promotion, and promotion means advertisement and leaflet. All to be done in a miraculous 2 days! So while I still can enjoy my freedom, I better rot as much as I can. Next week I'll be busy like KL traffic jam!

My make up box. Yes, I'm not a morning person so it's impossible for me to wake up earlier to put on make up, it's like asking a chicken to fly. So I decided to leave my make up box in the office and doll up myself once I reach there. Time saving *ding ding*

I'll be back to my hometown at Ipoh tomorrow, it's a holiday! YAY! ^^ Then off to Lumut beach on Saturday to celebrate Alvin's birthday. Can't wait to roll around the beach! Have a great weekend, drink more H2O and remember to eat your veggie! ^^

This might be the best deal I ever get in my whole life!

Air Asia Free Seats Promotion is on and I spent 3 hours ogling at my monitor screen to beat the heavy traffic in the website to get the zero air fare! After countless times of refreshing the page due to errors, no respond from the server and retyping our names and contacts for many many times, I finally beat other aunties and uncles who are fighting for the tickets like me, and got the zero air fare tickets!!!! WeeeEEEEEeeeee!!!!!

Plus tax, service and insurance, each of us are only charged RM37 for a 2 way tickets!
And where are we going?

To the land below the wind!

We have no idea which island to hop on yet, still doing research. And our trip date is next year Feb 2011 !!! Hahaha!!! We still have a loooooooonnnnngggggggggg way to go.

But most importantly is now we got the air tickets so cheap, they are even cheaper than going to Penang! We spend RM50 on the bus for 4 hours to cross the Straits of Malacca just to get to the Penang Island. But this time we only spend RM37 on air plane for 3 hours to cross the South China Sea to the beautiful Sabah! I can't barely close my mouth thinking about the great bargain we got XD

The Beauty of Lomography.

I finally finished the roll of film and had them developed! Was so eager and anticipated! Haven't been having this feeling since God-knows-when. Normally I just save all the pictures I took with my digital camera in my computer, but the developed photos felt more valuable, memorable and special. It triggered the old school feeling that digital camera can never give =)

I have a new name for my Jindullah, 黑风 (Black Wind)

I like the overexposed burning film effect in this photo!
It was accidental but it gave a great effect!

The quality of the colors are not as good as I thought it may be. The color is quite saturated. It might be because of the film, the film I used was normal Kodak film. I just bought the lomography film last week. Just snapped 2-3 pictures, hopefully by next month I can see the results ^^

It was such a wise choice to get the Golden Half. I developed the photos in 4R and there are 2 shots in it and the size of each shots are just right! Not too small, not too big. So as a calculative kiamsiap person, I can take a double amount of pictures by just spending on the amount of one! XD

Stray dogs.

Go share your righteousness and virtue with the world about what the politician and government says. Their words can affect the country and the tax money you pay. Why bother about the itsy bitsy teeny weeny things I said, my words can't even hurt a fly.
